The service staff at Audi North Atlanta were excellent as always. I was not, however, very thrilled with the nature of my need for service. I've owned and maintained cars for more than 45 years and this is my first time owning an Audi. It's also the first time I've ever needed to replace motor mounts - and at only 77k miles. This will definitely influence future car purchases.

Daryl greeted me and assisted with professionalism and eagerness to help. He showed us all the vehicles we were interested in seeing and suggested a few others tucked away in new deliveries. We took a fun test drive. He invited us to come back when he could pull a few more cars upfront for us to work side-by-side and test drive. Each visit he took his time and never rushed us. On the day of our purchase and any other time we came in, he never made us feel like it was time to close although we stayed beyond closing time. Although the car dealer portal has been down for everyone, Audi North Atlanta made everything as seamless as possible. Eagerness to earn our business and to show the best service was evident during each communication and visit. Highly recommend doing business With Audi north Atlanta.
