Was pretty good. Took 1 hr 45 for an oil change- seems excessive. Also, was charged for plugs that never were put in the car and I had to call it out.

Richard Yam was awesome! We walked in looking to lease a new car and he walked us through all our options. We ended up purchasing a used Q7 instead. He was very professional and very transparent which gained our trust immediately. We are going to be forever customers of Audi North Atlanta because of Richard Yam!
