My salesman Greg Savitt was awesome. Made the whole process easy and had great communication while we waited for my car to be built and delivered.. great experience! A day after I bought the car, I got a flat tire and Greg went above and beyond to make sure the tire was taken care of and replaced promptly. The service department was equally helpful and responsive.

First of all, Maxx made my sales experience. He was an advocate for me to get the exact car I wanted. He went to bat to make sure I didn't pay more than I wanted to. He kept me informed every step of the way. When I waited too long to get into see the Finance associate, he arranged to give me an item from the Audi store. He is the greatest asset for Audi North Atlanta. The service experience needs a little work. I received a text of my car from the service department with a link to progress to get my car ready. It never moved. I picked up my car from Maxx and got a text 2 days later with another link to see the progress of my car. I don't know if those are automated texts, but it definitely needs some work.
