First of all, Maxx made my sales experience. He was an advocate for me to get the exact car I wanted. He went to bat to make sure I didn't pay more than I wanted to. He kept me informed every step of the way. When I waited too long to get into see the Finance associate, he arranged to give me an item from the Audi store. He is the greatest asset for Audi North Atlanta.The service experience needs a little work. I received a text of my car from the service department with a link to progress to get my car ready. It never moved. I picked up my car from Maxx and got a text 2 days later with another link to see the progress of my car. I don't know if those are automated texts, but it definitely needs some work.

The Service Advisor, Kheng Kim was very courteous and professional. I took my Audi Q7 that I had purchased two weeks earlier to the dealership service because it displaying at "check engine" light and giving other error codes. They gave me a loaner whilst my car was being fixed. They cleared the error code and gave me back my car.
