All was good, except the wait a bit long for one procedure. . .I waited almost two hours just for an alignment. The service writer was nice and honored an online coupon that had been mentioned when setting the appointment.

Sales knew little about the 2021 BMW purchased. Had to explore the user interface during my 8 hr drive to Ohio. Seems the online purchase software did not go well as I had to re-sign numerous documents that arrived via FedEx. I remain hopeful I will receive my title and plates before the temporary tag expires on August 19. August 19 update, I still do not have my title or tags and I’ve been contacted by the dealership to resubmit all the paperwork for a third time!
