Dropped off my car on Saturday & originally was not offered a loaner until they realized I lived outside of their Uber limit. It was nice that I was given updates on Saturday and Monday that it would take longer than expected. I did not receive an update on Tuesday and I had to call on Wednesday to see if my car was finished or not. I do not know if they would have called me if I hadn't called first. Overall they performed the recalls on my car, but it took a long while and the lack of updates could have been better.

Followed on an online product. Found the vehicle as advertised. Used BMW. Salesperson was very personable and worked to meet my needs. Love the car. Visited a BMW dealer in Memphis to go over all the functions. Dealership was beautiful and everyone was nice
