The job was done right (from what I can tell) and my car wasn't returned in worse condition than when it went in. Just sucks that I couldn't get a loaner car for a 3.5-4 hour long service; oh and I saw my car sit in pick up for about 30 minutes before they actually processed it so I could leave.

All was good, except the wait a bit long for one procedure. . .I waited almost two hours just for an alignment. The service writer was nice and honored an online coupon that had been mentioned when setting the appointment.
