Sales knew little about the 2021 BMW purchased. Had to explore the user interface during my 8 hr drive to Ohio.Seems the online purchase software did not go well as I had to re-sign numerous documents that arrived via FedEx. I remain hopeful I will receive my title and plates before the temporary tag expires on August 19.August 19 update, I still do not have my title or tags and I’ve been contacted by the dealership to resubmit all the paperwork for a third time!

Overall, my experience was positive. Kudos to Roy Reboucas, my adviser since 2017 who always provides me with actionable information and good insight.

Dropped off my car on Saturday & originally was not offered a loaner until they realized I lived outside of their Uber limit. It was nice that I was given updates on Saturday and Monday that it would take longer than expected. I did not receive an update on Tuesday and I had to call on Wednesday to see if my car was finished or not. I do not know if they would have called me if I hadn't called first. Overall they performed the recalls on my car, but it took a long while and the lack of updates could have been better.
