Sales knew little about the 2021 BMW purchased. Had to explore the user interface during my 8 hr drive to Ohio. Seems the online purchase software did not go well as I had to re-sign numerous documents that arrived via FedEx. I remain hopeful I will receive my title and plates before the temporary tag expires on August 19. August 19 update, I still do not have my title or tags and I’ve been contacted by the dealership to resubmit all the paperwork for a third time!

Dropped off my car on Saturday & originally was not offered a loaner until they realized I lived outside of their Uber limit. It was nice that I was given updates on Saturday and Monday that it would take longer than expected. I did not receive an update on Tuesday and I had to call on Wednesday to see if my car was finished or not. I do not know if they would have called me if I hadn't called first. Overall they performed the recalls on my car, but it took a long while and the lack of updates could have been better.
