My wife had spoken with Amy about a new tire for our brand new Q5 - the tire had less than 1300 miles on it when it picked up a nail in the sidewall and I wanted to ensure I could match up with the OEM tires the car arrived with. Amy was a delight - sympathetic and got me in and out in just about an hour - could not have been more pleased. I was also pleasantly surprised with out the door price - very competitive.
