Kay is the best Service Advisor! Love her. She is very professional and always keeps my vehicle in great condition.

Overall service was fine. Was surprised that my car was not vacuumed. I was in a rush to leave so didnt go talk to advisor. Texted her to ask about not getting vacuum done but never got reply. Unless that is not a dealer policy to vacuum cars that come in for service.

Purchased 4 new tires.

Everyone in the service department was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept me up todate on my repairs. When Ireturn to have a back order part to be installed, I know I will be in capable hands. Thank-you. I have one suggestion: The rep I spoke to scheduling my service told me had to leave the car for a day or two, but when I got to the service department I was told I could wait. I would have made the decision to wait on my car and not had my husband take off work twice to drop and pick up my car. It's a 45 minute drive from my home...
