Leah provided exceptional service and communication throughout my annual service and E-tron recall inspection.The shop provided a loaner when they confirmed they didn't have a necessary part in stock, and the technician's service recap video was clear and to the point.Based on my experience with the other Audi dealers in metro ATL Audi North Atlanta is hands down the best Audi dealership in the metro area! Well worth the drive!!

Very professional! I was impressed with everyone’s attention to detail.

My only problem was getting a service person on the phone to explain what was going on with my car. I would call the service number and it just rang and rang. I called multiple days in a row to no avail. In exasperation I called the Sales number and got someone right away of course. I explained the situation and finally got routed to Kay K. She is great once you can get ahold of her! She gave me her direct # so hopefully I can reach her more easily next time. When I did bring my car in she was wonderful and took care of everything.
