I brought my Audi Q7 in for service, Amy is my service advisor, she's outstanding, she keeps you updated and something needs to be done to you vehicle, I trust Amy that it's needed.

The part wasn't in and I was told I'd have to wait 2-3 days. Instead, I only had to wait 1 day and the process of getting a rental car from Enterprise was pretty seamless.

Quick intake and courtesy vehicle shuttle home. Inspection report indicated a repair was needed as well as a suggestion for tire rotation and balance. No option in system to separate then as I would have wanted only the rotatio which should have been included with my replacement tire purchase last year. Received notification and pickup was fast. My exterior was recently washed but it didn't appear any interior cleaning was done as in previous service visits.

Service completed on time.

Sales and Serice personnel are always polite, and informed about the product and services.

The service department is excellent. I left another dealership due to horrible service and drive over 200 miles because of the service I receive here. They listen and follow through!
