I was told after the problem was determined it would take an hour to repair, but it took over 3 hours and I was never offered a loaner. My first time experiencing this kind of customer service over 25 years.

Steve was fantastic

I was pleased with the recall work on my car, but disappointed that my oil level light came on later in the same day I received my car. I am disappointed that my oil level was not checked and topped off. I would have assumed this would have been checked.

Steve Blalock is the Best! 5 Stars! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the details of the vehicle. Most importantly, I truly feel confident I received the best deal! I came in with my daughter to find out what our options were at the end of her lease. Steve was our salesman 3 years so I contacted him again.
