The agents were friendly. The appointment was quick to book, but the wait time was too long: 3 hours for 1 tire change.

My car was in the shop 3 weeks. When it was done, my wife picked it up and brought it home. I went outside to pull it in the garage and immediately noticed the check engine light. She then said there was a burning smell. She took the car back and it has been a few days with no update. 2 stars for the long delays and not fixing it. Also very concerned that there may be another expensive issue. If that was the case, I wouldn’t have spent $2700 on the first issue.
