We had another excellent experience servicing our car. The facility is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. Our service advisor, Kay, consistently goes above and beyond—she explained the required service thoroughly and offered clear, thoughtful recommendations. Truly outstanding customer care.

Pleasant waiting area experience and Stuart provided great service. Comfortable waiting room, snacks, and beverages. Wheel was repaired for scratches, however, I did notice one scratch remained on the wheel/rim.

My birthday is this month and I had to have the car serviced to renew my tag on the car. My experience was great, all the people who helped me were very nice and helpful.

This experience was good. I had a fire that went flat. You identified a large bolt in it and replaced it. What I wanted you to know, however is that it was the second time I had taken the car in for that. The first time I was told noting was wrong with the tire.

Great sitting down in a place I can trust and meeting nice people… Amy always treats me like a king, Irwin with an E is wonderful and I so enjoyed my conversation, and Andre was professional and enlightening about the auto situation. Having worked in financial sales after the army, I realize the importance of referrals, something I’ve done since I purchased my Q7 there in 2016 I will continue to share my allegiance with friends.

As is my usual experience with Audi Atlanta North Service Department, RJ and his team took great care of my Audi S6 and me, and identified some issues that needed immediate attention, and some that could wait until my next visit.As I am preparing for a fairly long trip, the items that needed attention are now not a worry. RJ always explains necessary items, and I am provided video information and if necessary, speaking directly with the service technician.I have had some bad experiences with car dealership service in the past, but I actually enjoy my visits with Audi North service and meeting with RJ. Don't get me wrong, I don't love spending money on service, but I have been very satisifed with the 5 visits I have had so far on the year ownership of my Audi. Several were recalls and factory warranty fixes, and Audi North Service always ensured I understood what was being done and what might need to be done. Great job!
