Roy took good care of us. He explained and answered all our questions about the repair work patiently and got the car back to us the same day despite the work being done was somewhat elaborate.

60000 inspection. Everything went as expected, and also noticed that attention was repaid to the prior sunroof leaking issue. Also have noticed another increase in expected range since this update. This has been and is an excellent car based on our experience.

Another good experience at Audi North Atlanta. Everything from customer service, support and high quality from the service department. Thank you Amy for taking of the details, communication and setting up loaner with ease when we found out car had to stay to be worked on. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I was told car would be cleaned inside & out which a few times now not cleaned well. Otherwise I highly recommend this dealership for repairs etc.
