I went on a test drive with the lead technician and he diagnosed the problem with the clutches associated with the Quattro system. The shop was able to take a phase one approach to addressing the issue that day..

Very easy and quick. Amy was great to work with. She listened to my few concerns and addressed them quickly. She offered to arrange a ride home for me. My car was clean and ready to go when I picked it up.

I waited an hour and a half at the dealership to be told the shop was running way behind and my car would not be ready anywhere close to the time it was promised. So I requested an Uber home which I got.
