Excellent! I had my windows tinted pursuant to my new A6 purchase agreement. We were having guests at our home early that evening. The car was not quite ready so when it was ready, our sales person, Jeff drove my car to our home. That is amazing customer care and very appreciated!

Very easy and quick. Amy was great to work with. She listened to my few concerns and addressed them quickly. She offered to arrange a ride home for me. My car was clean and ready to go when I picked it up.

I waited an hour and a half at the dealership to be told the shop was running way behind and my car would not be ready anywhere close to the time it was promised. So I requested an Uber home which I got.

Great experience car was repaired the same day as drop off and customer service specifically Roy was outstanding.
