Very easy and quick. Amy was great to work with. She listened to my few concerns and addressed them quickly. She offered to arrange a ride home for me. My car was clean and ready to go when I picked it up.

I waited an hour and a half at the dealership to be told the shop was running way behind and my car would not be ready anywhere close to the time it was promised.So I requested an Uber home which I got.
