My experience was on point for the service that I was there for but my car was bumped while it was parked for the pick up and now the pulley device will not stay in place so now it’s hanging off from the back of my car. Would like to schedule a replacement of that per the manager. He warrant the part after the finder binder.

On time and no surprises

I recently purchased a Q5 and wanted an inspection of the vehicle to be sure all was well. Audi North Atlanta performed that inspection very well and quickly. I look forward to future maintenance being handled by ANA in the same professional manner.

Checking in was confusing….there was a back of cars in check-in and wondered whether I was to wait or get out of my car to check in,, which was not usually the case. Once checked in, things went well, car checked out and needed no extra service.

Thanks to Stuart Benson, my experience was exceptional. Dealing with unexpected tire issues on a tight business schedule is stressful! Stuart promptly provided solutions within my timeframe and budget. So grateful to him and will definitely return to this Audi dealership!
