Checking in was confusing….there was a back of cars in check-in and wondered whether I was to wait or get out of my car to check in,, which was not usually the case. Once checked in, things went well, car checked out and needed no extra service.

Service visit went well, rep is great as always, new loaner - thumbs up.Audi quality and durability on the other hand : 0 out of 5 stars - after two Q7s with constant issues and failures, we’ll not be Audi customers at the next car refresh unfortunately.
