Please put the correct phone number on the website. I live 35 minutes away and have to drive to the dealership just to ask a question because there is no accurate number for the service department.There’s no box to enter the exact service that you are getting done. Also the phone number, for the service department, on the Augusta Mitsubishi website is incorrect/disconnected. I then called the front desk and chose service department and no one ever answered. It gave me the option to text but no one texted me back. Very frustrating that I can’t talk to someone directly in the service departmentThe new service advisor, Andrew is awesome! I needed some work done on my car but didn’t have all of the funds. He walked me through the Sunbit process until I got the right plan for my repairs. He let me know everything that needed to be done to my Mirage, and the costs, without being pushy. He honored my coupon and was very professional. I had a lot of questions about the recommended repairs, Andrew was very knowledgeable and patient.

The service is good. However the dealership we used in Maryland not only serviced your vehicle they also proved a car wash afterwards free of charge.My wife and I both get our cars serviced here. They address all the service needs in a timely fashion to do our service back to back saving time.
