Even though it took months for the radio to come in they did put it in very quickly. I'm very happy with the radio! It's working great!

Personnel are very friendly and helpful.Very helpful and friendly. They helped me to set up Auto Pay so I will never be late again.

The only thing that I'd mention is that my windshield washer fluid was out and the yellow ! was showing in the dash. It would have been nice if they had put fluid in, even if I needed to pay for it. However I will say that I came in without an appointment and they worked me in. My 2023 Outlander wouldn't start in the morning, I got it jumped and was terrified to turn it off. The gentleman that I think worked on my car put my mind at ease without even looking at the car. New battery. No Problem.The lady in Parts and Service has helped me on a few occasions and is very knowledgeable and friendly

Again, I had written very bad reviews in the past (several years ago) because of terrible service, but in the last year, I have been extremely happy with the service department.The service staff have been very professional at every visit and have always been prompt in delivering service. I had stopped using Mitsubishi service several years ago because of multiple issues, but I am returning again because of the current staff.

I came in for an oil change, the staff it's always pleasant a greeting by my name. I'm usually on break so whatever time they have me scheduled they get me in and out. This is very much appreciatedStaff is amazing
