Master shower bath grout was cleaned and sink drains replaced. Waiting for kitchen hanging light fixture above the island sink to be repaired/replaced. Patio area cracks in exterior walls and patio floor have been assessed, but no feedback on potental repairs. Patio door lock remains difficult to lock, but attempted repair resulted with wood door frame split by repairman. Top kitchen drawer right of stove remains difficult to close as repairman said that it is not self closing. Yet, other kitchen drawers close easily.
