Maintenance entered my apartment without my permission when I was not home and I have pets. They also left the floor messy when I have pets that could eat that and get sick. It took multiple attempts to schedule. The front desk staff was very helpful and the only way anything likely got done.

Four months renting at Auric so far, and I could not be more pleased with my experience living here. The staff have been consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in every area I have engaged with them, from leasing to maintenance, and beyond. The facility is beautiful, maintained, and the no smoking policy on the premises is strictly enforced. All dealbreakers for me. My unit is comfortable, quiet, and truly issue free, which given my penchant for exactitude speaks volumes of the quality management and staff overseeing the property. In short, my expectations have been exceeded, and I love living here. Great Job, Team Auric!! Your efforts are apparent, and they are truly appreciated.
