It was a first visit and all was good and basic routine, staff was nice and dentist was quick and thorough. We liked the safari theme decoration.

Each time we’ve come in for my daughter’s appointment, we’ve experienced extended wait times in the waiting room, most recently around 30–50 minutes. I completely understand that staffing challenges can arise, and I appreciate the team’s efforts to manage a busy schedule. However, these delays have been consistent and difficult, especially with a young child.
