We had an electrical problem with the garage door openers not functioning. ALPS submitted a maintenance request with an electrician, who I spoke with, and arranged a time to investigate the issue. However, I located the source of the problem, a tripped GFI, which I reset to resolve the problem. No visit by the electrician was required.
