Roofers came quickly and repaired damage. Very good service. Plumbing company only works in Kyle one day per week so I waited from Monday until Thursday to have commode repaired. Plumbers were very polite and worked quickly. I was pleased with their work but concerned that they only service Kyle one day per week. Fortunately I could disconnect one commode and not the entire house. Hopefully you have someone locally in case of an emergency.

The diagnosing technician was very thorough and detailed with his explanation about what specifically failed on the dryer, ETA to complete, etc. The repairing technicians were in/out and completed the repairs very quickly.

I think Mike Ebert is the best! He is always on top of things, keeps me informed of anything pertinent to my properties, and has the best judgment of the market. He always looks out for me and gives me great and valuable advice about my properties or the market when I ask for it.
