As far as the interaction with the technician and the actual service call, things were wonderful. Unfortunately, now our AC unit has stopped working. As I understand this is something that can happen regardless of the most thorough preparation, I am not unsatisfied with the contractor.

As soon as I sent my maintenance request over to management, I immediately obtained a phone call from P.J. Manning assuring me that everything was going to be just fine.
