If this was for the Stove, it was great! The company came that day and as soon as approval for replacement was given came out and had it installed in less than an hour. The people were friendly and professional.

The services provided by ALPS have been excellent. The attentiveness and attention to detail is great, and on the occasions where I've had to call for service (e.g. washing machine, air conditioner), I was contacted in short order followed by a visit by a professional to address the issues. Also, I like the electronic document signatures and communication methods (email as a preferred choice). I still have some minor questions unanswered, like what do I do with mail from people that once lived at the home I am leasing (as I'd like to get it to them in case it's important), but these aren't a problem. Have enjoyed working with ALPS over the past year as I've leased a home. Hopefully I can save enough to leave leasing behind and own a home again, but until then I'll stick with ALPS.
