I love PJ. He has been fixing things in my house for almost 5 years now. He is always professional, kind and personable. He really takes the time to figure out my needs and be on a first name basis. He recently changed companies but thankfully he is still working w/ ALPS. He is nicely dressed and now has great looking business cards. Always happy when I know he will be doing my repairs.
