I think it would be good for the provider to talk about what to expect in the recovery area. We didn't have any issues ourselves, but it would have been nice to know you would be with 3-4 other patients in recovery. Some other patients were having an extremely hard time with the pain and coming out of anesthesia. I would have liked to prep my daughter for what she might encounter in the recovery area. I am sure it is 2nd nature to the providers, but it was pretty jarring to hear and see the crying, the dizziness, the person so out of it they were unable to stay seated. The providers were extremely caring and helpful the entire time.

I've been here for two extraction, bone grafts. They are so kind and comforting.

Having a cracked tooth extracted and then going through the long process of getting an implant and crown installed is never particularly fun, but I can’t imagine going anywhere else for these procedures. It was painless, effective, and i was always kept informed about every stage of the process. Well done !!!

Front desk staff was slightly rude and not overly welcoming but the rest of the staff and overall experience was great! Overall very happy with the care

That was the easiest extraction of a tooth I’ve ever had! Go to sleep wake up! It is healing up nicely. I appreciate the kindness of the Dr and the staff. I will definitely be going back here for my other two wisdom teeth! Thank you!

The appointment for the tooth extraction went very well. The appointment for the consultation was an ordeal. I waited 20 minutes to go in for an x-ray, then another 40 minutes to see the doctor who spent all 10minutes with me. I waited another half hour before an assistant apologized for taking so long but go to the waiting room and they would be ready for me in 5 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes before finally being seen by clerical staff. I was annoyed at being there for 2 hours for a 10 minute consultation. Everyone was pleasant but none of the medical staff except the doctor introduced themselves to me. I will most likely seek oral surgery elsewhere in the future.

Waiting room w chairs all facing the same direction is strange. The exam room I was in had IV poles and bags of IV fluids just hanging in there… triggered me a little bit… is there no where else that those items can be stored?? Rather than in plain view of a patient? ( by the way I was not receiving any IV meds so they didn’t need to be in there. ) Also, no discharge instructions at all.

I would recommend the practice. The doctor and medical staff were among the best I've ever seen. The admin staff were ok to excellent. But I was unpleasantly surprised by the billing practices. I have dental insurance and the doctor had inform me that insurance would cover the procedure. Rather than first applying my insurance to determine my copay, the staff first told me the "no insurance" price. I had to push back and insist that they apply the insurance first. The coordinator eventually did this and I paid an appropriate amount. But why does this practice harass patients this way? Every other doctor/ dental practice I've been to runs the insurance first. The excellent medical care I received at the facility means that I will go there and recommend the practice, despite its messed-up billing practices.
