Even though my dad had to have three teeth removed, we greatly appreciate Adagis' help with pre and post op teaching. We appreciate Tatianna help with going over cost and finding out my dad was 100% covered. Not boasting just now a days this was really great news. Dr Zarugg was great. In and out and done. Thank you so much. Adagi good luck in school!!

The staff was great and I had no issues following my procedures. They did a great follow up after each procedure.

I was not given any info about how brutal this experience would be. My paperwork indicated that I would be given general anesthesia, which is defined as not being conscious of what is happening. But I only had “twilight sleep” which largely wore off pretty quickly. It would have been hard to miss how much pain I was expressing but it was relentless. I have black bruises on my face from the assistant holding my head down and my mouth open. I feel violated. You really need to be clear with your patients about the intensity of the procedure and how long it will take to recover. I learned more from reading a subreddit on dentures after the procedure than was given to me by your practice beforehand.

Prescriptions for the surgery were late. They were sent the morning of surgery which took place at 8:30am.

Great experience. My only constructive feedback relates to the after surgery care instructions. I left with two generic looking sets of instructions that had slightly different care guidance. It wasn’t a big deal but it was confusing.
