During consultations please allow time for more detailed Q & A and offer a written summary of notes. Point out all the info on your website for different procedures. There were differences on my treatment plans (consultation date vs surgery date) that I wouldve liked more explanations. A follow up phone call several days later would have been nice. Overall the Dr & staff are very knowledgable, professional & accommodating. There were no complications during my oral surgery. Office staff are friendly & helpful. Maybe add peaceful music, to the waiting/exam/surgery rooms? A calm environment to reduce patient anxiety is always appreciated.

Ive been using Austin Oral since I was a child, no complaints, and recently they gave me an immediate appointment as a walk in during an emergency involving an evil tooth that needed removed, that was very much appreciated!

My experience couldn't have been better. The office staff was efficient and courteous, but also warm and engaging, which is comforting when nervous patients are facing oral surgery. Dr Fuselier was stellar--his manner friendly, and his skills beyond compare. Samantha also helped make a stressful situation a lot less so.
