Doctor Ding and staff explained procedure and recovery instructions so well I was very appreciative of their knowledge and expertise. Minimal swelling and pain was well controlled with meds and instructions!

Was dreading it but actually the procedure was so easy. Clean, fast, very little pain.

The only concern I have is that I have to pay an amount up front that exceeds the coverage by my dental insurance and then wait to get the amount given to me by Oral Surgery after they get paid by the dental insurance.

Everyone i met with were professional and friendly. Dr. Ding's assistant helped alleviate my anxiety and answered all my questions. Dr. Ding put my IV in and I did not even bruise. The tooth he pulled hardly had any blood afterwards.

Dr. Ding is an amazing oral surgeon. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything about the procedure. He did a great job! I had minimal pain after the tooth extraction which I was surprised but happy! His staff is super nice and professional. Just can’t say enough good things about his practice. Thanks for everything. Just wish you all wouldn't have dropped being a Delta Dental provider. With Dell being largest private employer in Austin, I wasn't happy about that news.

The only issue I had was during my initial consultation I was unclear what the total cost would be to completely take care of my implant. I was under the impression my cost was going to be $2500 when the final cost was more like $5000. That was very frustrating.
