Wouldn’t do anything differently

Dr Cunningham is a real peach! He is so kind and patient, you never feel rushed with him. He always takes the time to answer questions in detail. His technical expertise is exceeded only by his good manners.

I was given an estimate of payment with procedures listed that were approved by my insurance I had a co-pay of “0”.Not the case. I was billed $805.00 that my insurance declined but was listed on the letter.Very misleading.Be sure and question amounts and insurance coverage so you don’t end up with a surprise bill you thought was covered.

The oral surgeon gave me pain rx but I had zero post op pain. As in, none.

Everything was good except after cutting off the part of the bridge that needed to come out the endodontist left a jagged edge on the remaining tooth of the bridge that cut into my tongue all evening and the next day until I was able to go to a dentist to have it smoothed out. When I called the office they said that wasn’t his responsibility to smooth that out. Sorry I don’t buy that. I should not have left there with a jagged edge cutting in to my tongue. I didn’t know it was like that until the numbness wore off. I believe I should have been invited back in the next day so that could be corrected but instead I was told I needed to go to my dentist to do that.
