Best Dental experience ever! You guys rock

When I called to confirmed my appointment the day before I was told we must pay in full for procedures but I had already put down $1000 at the time of the scheduling. Billing said that if I did not pay in full by 5 pm the day before The appointment would be cancelled. This is not what I was told during scheduling and also I could pay the rest when I checked in. Billing and scheduling did not communicate the same information.

Everyone from the front desk staff, assistants and Dr. Leland were awesome. Very professional but also friendly. Totally put this nervous Nelly at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

Professional and efficient

I called to talk to Dr Leland’s nurse to ask about all the Tori. She assured me upper was included but when I got to surgery it wasn’t included. I wouldn’t make think she would have checked chart or ask the Dr.
