If it didn’t cost me as much money it would’ve been great liked everybody I encountered at y’all’s business but it was financially draining and there’s no chance I’ll ever afford implants

No follow up after the procedure to see if I was doing ok. Surprised and a little disappointed by that.

On my last visit to the office there were two people checking in patients. One of the women was on the phone and the other woman was doing paperwork. I stood there waiting for at least 3 minutes waiting for the woman who was doing paperwork to ask me if I was checking in. I didn’t understand why I was being ignored when she was just helping the people in front of me with no delay.

Overall I highly recommend. However, regarding the comfort and cleanliness - it's fine in the medical space, however needs attention in the lobby. The waiting room is crowded and outdated. Nearly one wall can't be used for chairs due to a credenza which is seemingly full of supplies and for refreshments no one partakes of. From observations, the clientele generally bring someone with them, which leaves people standing, or going outside, which I've observed on every visit. Even the workers area behind the glass seems cramped. And the chairs which are provided are crammed too close together. Another note of concern - I recognize pricing practices differ based on insurance, however, there needs to be a better explanation of the elements of the surgery which comprises the cost before just handing someone a document after their initial visit that tells them how much they'll owe on the day of surgery, without methodically going through each element. For example, I always choose not to be sedated, but that seemed to confuse them when they provided pricing for me and gave me directions for the date of surgery. Also, last time I had an implant, I was due a refund, which took several calls to ensure I receive, all due to lack of better communication before surgery. Thank you for requesting feedback and let me know if I can answer any questions by calling at 304-615-8165.
