Usually after a dental procedure , surgery I have gotten a check in call the following day from the office to see how I am doing.

The only thing that would improve my experience is for the provider to make sure they don’t prescribe a drug I’m allergic to. It wasn’t really an issue since I just decided not to fill that part of the prescription with my pharmacy.

I started sneezing nonstop a few hours after my surgery. I called the online call to ask about taking additional antihistamines or something. It took the on call doctor about two hours till he called me back.

Very professional. Nice to have a practice that's easy to contact if you have questions.

I was pretty disappointed in our experience with my son having his wisdom teeth removed. Our only appt that was the initial consult, the dr was an hour late seeing us. He was in the room for about 5min and pretty much just seemed to disregard what my son with special needs was trying to say/ask. I was trying to explain to the provider that he is strictly for through a gtube and all meds in there as well as he puts nothing in his mouth. I also explained that he needs to be sedated before placing the iv. He was rushed and just sent us to schedule the procedure. A few days before the procedure, I go to pick up the prescriptions and had to call the office regarding a mouth rinse they ordered. I explained that if they had referenced his chart, they would see he does nothing in his mouth. Then it’s several phone calls back and forth confirming whether the provider is ok without doing the rinse or not. The day of the procedure, the tech called him back and I reminded her about sedation first then Iv. She said they do the Iv first. Thankfully he strongly advocated for himself while back there and they agreed to some sedation first. When the nurse wheeled him out after the procedure she was just talking about when he starts eating soft foods and it really set him off because he doesn’t eat by mouth- which they all should have been aware of since I said it’s a trigger and negative for him. Then she talks about rinsing his mouth which again triggered him because he’s terrified of anything in his mouth. This whole experience was a nightmare for a family of a child with special needs and I would not recommend it to any families with different needs. It would probably be fine for someone that is neurotypical but other than that, no one paid attention to any differences and it was so frustrating.

If it didn’t cost me as much money it would’ve been great liked everybody I encountered at y’all’s business but it was financially draining and there’s no chance I’ll ever afford implants
