My kids have had their oral surgeries done here, and I just had one as well. The staff is amazing, the provider took his time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions and concerns. The procedure went flawlessly and my healing has gone on without incident and I highly attribute that to their instructions and care. I will, without a doubt, return to this office for any future needs

Having wisdom teeth removed is not fun, but the staff made this a pleasant experience. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

My name is Nicole Jensen. I recently came in for a baby tooth extraction. I have extreme dental anxiety and dr.fernandez and his team took such good care of me. This has been the only time I’ve ever felt comfortable in a dental setting. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I actually look forward to coming back for my sinus lift. I would have appreciated a take home form with instructions, similar to discharge notes from the hospital.I didn’t remember everything I discussed with the provider prior to the procedure. It would be helpful to have that in writing. They just gave me a bag with gauze and I didn’t know what to do with it, for example.Thanks

Office gal gave me paperwork to fill out even though I filled info on line. I went to ladies room and was filling out the paperwork at inner office counter when the gal told me to go back into the waiting room to fill out the papers. I was not in anyone's way by standing there. As I came out from the procedure, the gal told me now maybe Ill be in a better mood around others. I informed her I was fine until she seemed to take issue with me standing at that counter. She began to speak again, then midsentence realized that it was probably better if she refrained from commenting further. There was no clipboard offered to do paperwork on and I truly was not bothering anyone by standing there and it was much easier. As a human being it would be nice if she was reminded patients are people too and her lil comment was not necessary nor wanted and certainly not expected.Dr Cain was awesome! Efficient and quick and has a sunny personality!
