Still driving with dysfunctional AWDAWD failure on the car for months nowStill having mechanical issues that are under warranty but never get fixed correctly. Then they make me pay for vehicle damage that would not have occurred if the rear differential functioned properly such as brakes and differential fluids. The mechanical issues are factory damage that should be under warranty and all collateral damage caused by it should be covered under warranty also. Very disappointed!!!Mitsubishi Motors has a warranty program but I have yet to see a reliable vehicle. I have incurred many travel delays and much driving danger due to the AWD mechanical problems of a brand new vehicle. I wonder if Mitsubishi Motors and its dealership are going to honor their warranty claims and provide me with a safe and reliable car.Still waiting on parts that should have been repaired and replaced the first time there was an issueAWD system is still not working after 3 repair visits and lots of out of pocket expense when all should be covered by warranty. And Mitsubishi Motors should build more reliable cars that do not malfunction within 50k miles.

Wait time at the appointmentSaid 20-35 minutes it took over 2 hoursGood snacks! Just wished someone let me know what was going on while I waited for my car. I waited for 2 hours I was told 35 minutes.

always room to improve.parking was lacking..NAI looked at the work sheet when I got home and noticed that it did not list a new oil drain plug gasket being used.. the other 2 times it was serviced at other dealers , its listed on the print out. I have no Idea if a new one was used or not.. I can only think they reused the old seal. That doesnt sit well with me. Other than that I was pleased with what I saw. Now the first oil change at the dealer in Ross Park Pa. did a quick wash of the car.. an dthat was a nice touch.was there for the 3rd oil change , no long wait .I dont have many friends that drive a Mitsubishi. But I will pass on how I was treated. It was better than the dealer over in Yopungstown Ohio.NA
