Service Bay Area is close had to go outside to retrieve the car and no viewing opportunity so no idea if the vehicle was serviced properly.No more, thank you!

Was clean but soooo small. Not much of a waiting area if you need a table to work while you wait. No idea if had WIFI I am assuming yes. SIGN SUCKED. Way too small to see drove past 2x. I gather they are working on it but nothing out front so I had to look for all the Mitsubishi cars parked.really could have used a washThe service writer / advisor was the best part of my experience, she was great! She is why I would come back.um when you do the on line one that one kinda sucks the dates are so far out. when you call and they transfer you to service there is just dead silence I thought i had been disconnected. Once I did finally get a person to go over the scheduling options it was great but getting to that was a a task.Got me in as quickly as they could based on my schedule and offered to do the inspection during my appointment even though that wasn't what I went for but hadn't considered and it made it so it was another thing to check off my list now not in December when I wouldn't have time. They also took the time to contact my ins agent to get me a new copy of my card.

Confusion on where I was to go will know for next time.Not sure abut the switchover yet.
