I didn't realize that when I brought my vehicles in my information from Auto Express Main store didn't transfer over, or was not verified after I scheduled the appointment. I have the platinum card from my previous purchases at Auto Express. I asked after the fact and was told I would have a credit on my account, but now I wonder how much of a difference that would have made for my recent service with my Jeep. I am just a little frustrated that I didn't realize I should have said I have that card. A little savings can go a long way and I always have my vehicles serviced at one of the Auto Express Stores. I was a little surprised when the dealership got changed from Interstate to Auto Express here in Erie, PA, without getting any notification - only heard about it when I tried to make a service appointment - I was very satisfied with the previous dealership's service department and may take a while to trust the new placethis is a new dealership and had trouble getting in contact with someone in service dept - took several call backs to get an appointment

I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. They were very quick with the process. They explained a lot to me about the car. They also gave me a decent price for my trade in. 10/10 recommend! Thanks guys!When I walked in, Jake was who I asked for and he was on it! I told him what I was looking for and he immediately pulled the car around and we took a test drive.

The quick detail of the exterior left spray wax not wiped off in places and the glass was very streaked. That’s not a big deal to me. That’s just for your information
