The experience was great, and I was thinking about trading my Mitsubishi outlander in.Because the lady I dealt with was very kind to me on the phone and explained everything to me. You guys were right in the middle of your transition to the new location. Im sure things were crazy with all the new changes and even with the little thing I had going on she was professional and took the time (which im sure she was in short supply of) to answer my questions and set me up with a appointment. Beyond that, I had to reschedule day of because my mom unexpectedly passed and they were very accommodating.

The staff was bery helpful and kind to us during the whole process.

Door was not fixed.I asked them to look at the passenger door because it was making an odd noise and not opening and closing smoothly. They said they oiled it and tightened some bolts, but it did not fix the door. I was there for another issue, so asking them to check the door was extra, or I would have rates much lower.
