Jake was so helpful and responsive during our entire decision making process. We were between two dealerships and his extra effort was what ultimately helped us make our decision to go with Auto Express.Extremely timely in responding and answering questions. Knowledgeable and nice.

Check in was very easy. Thanks to Jeff from previous Mitsubishi dealer. He did a great job making sure I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I work so time is important as there is no shuttle and noSaturday hrs. So far repair has been good. Thank you.Part came in but I was not called. I waited 1 and 1/2 months and finally called and was told it had been there.

Waiting area needs to be relocated to a less congested area. Chairs were old and uncomfortable, you sink into them.Car could have been washedI know you can't change the location of the dealership, but it's too far out and inconvenient.A customer need more time for his repair.

Was nervous about new ownership of the dealership, but first experience was very positive. I am now looking forward to establishing relationship with AutoExpressFIrst time using AutoExpress since they took over dealership from Interstate. Service team was very responsive and helpful.
