I WAS satisfied.Customer lounge area definitely needs upgrades. Almost seems like an afterthought. Chairs are VERY uncomfortable. You can do better.I WAS satisfiedPenny was pleasantly efficient.In and out quickly-Penny was very pleasant to deal with.I WAS satisfied

The new Dealership was very organized and friendly. Had my History at hand and gave me the special discounts that I had from purchasing my new Sport. Penny was very pleasant and familiar with my Account. I was very satisfied and will continue to visit in the future.

Seating chairs could have been better but still was comfortable. No snacks were offered.I was very pleased with the service that I received.
