everything was good .No one said anything about amenitiesI already stated why we were there, they got it fixed and we were on our way.They din't need to explain anything to us, they replaced the latch and we were good to goWe were treated goodWe were there to have a new latch put on the back. They already had the part. We din't need to schedule another appointment.There were no charges, it was still under warrantyWe waited there until our car was done.Everyone was very nice and got our car done in a timely manner.

Once again I was so glad that Auto Express took over the Mitsubishi Dealership. It saved me, my daughter, and a friend of mine from having to drive to Pittsburgh or Youngstown Ohio to get our cars serviced. Plus this us my second Mitsubishi that I have owned, my daughter's 2nd Mitsubishi and my friends 1st Mitsubishi. Keep up the great service we got the first time, and we will continue with the Mitsubishi family.I have a daughter and a buddy who both own a Mitsubishi and we were so glad you took over the dealership.

Nice friendly and fast

I just think you all did an excellent job handling the transition from Interstate Mitsubishi to you. Penny was excellent and you should be thankful that you have such a pleasant and competent person in your department. Definitely will return in the near future for service.Penny was so helpful through this new transaction (from one dealership to another) and got my car in as quick as possible. She went over and above to locate new tires for me which were relatively less money than previous Mitsubishi dealer. She contacted me through the process letting me know when each item was completed and potential delays which happened to no fault of theirs. I am very happy with my interaction with Penny and the service department as a whole.
