Jake was very friendly and spent time getting to know what we were looking for in a car. He helped select the model that best met our needs. When we couldn't find the interior and exterior colors on the lot, he arranged for a dealer trade. He patiently explained how the options on the car worked. We are pleased with the car we purchased and would highly recommend Jake to friends and family looking for a car.
