Same asVery nice people who work there just a minor aggravation with the replaced molding popping up but not off. HopefullyI really like my eclipse cross. I fully understand that it takes time to transition to the new location on upper peach for service. It is a half an hour drive to get there. I had a minor warranty issue with roof molding coming off. It took a few calls over a 5 month period to get in. Everyone is very nice a polite. I got the repair done and left to go back to work and by the time I got there 1 piece of the molding popped up but not off. A short time later I got the car washed and the same piece of molding popped up again. I drove back to the shop and unfortunately it was lunchtime and the crew was on break. Again a very minor problem but up and down peach st twice is very time consuming from work. The molding just keeps popping up. Just an aggravation not the end of the world. I’ll stop in again when I can get up there.

Had to call twice (1st call it rang 24 times) second time was much better.Chairs in waiting area were extremely hard to get out of, looked well worn.
