Better personal service than the previous dealer who dropped Mitsubishi in Erie.Friendly service writer. Quick change out for the recall order.Never did see the salesman who was going to talk to us. Roamed the lot alone.

They could offer a shuttle service for customers in service and also a few loaner cars. I hope that Mitsubishi motors gives the dealership good support to help grow their business. I would reccomended the service advisors do a walk around the vehicles prior to moving them into the shop. After I got home from my appointment I washed my vehicle and noticed a dent and scratch on the passenger front door. Im not saying it happened there and a prior walk around could have confirmed if the damage was there when I arrived.They could use some upgrades to the facility like a more modern customer lounge.
