DANGDANGDANGThey did the dang thing, they did what was needed and nothing else, no pressure to sell wiper blades or air for your tire (lol) I am member of the MITSUBISHI MOTOTRS FAMILYTobi and his team did extra to make me feel apart of the family! Move to another location -- just kidding, but because of traffic on Rt. 28, turning in to and departing your facility can be challenging. That aside, I would recommend your dealership to anyone in a heartbeat. I've not yet experienced your service department, but if it is like the front crowd, I'm sure it will be great.The entire crew are friendly and over-the-top helpful. This isn't an improvement but more of a notification to a customer when brining in their vehicle for service due to a recall. I brought my vehicle in due to a safety recall on a software issue. On the notice that was sent to me it stated that it would take 30 minutes to complete. Before arriving when making my appointment, I stated that I was coming in for a safety recall, oil change and to check on a noise when starting my car. When checking in I went through the normal process and waited for my vehicle. After an hour and a half, I check in with the technician on the status of my vehicle; it was relayed to me that the initial check of the recall takes 30 minutes but if other issues are found while inspecting the recall the process could take up to an hour and a half. As there wasn't any issue with the time the of service. I would like to make a recommendation that when customers call or come in for service due to a recall, it should be relayed that the entire process may take longer than what the manufacture sends out to the vehicle owners.I have been a valued customer since 2023 and everyone here has provided me expectational customer service., from the finance department to the maintenance department.
