This isn't an improvement but more of a notification to a customer when brining in their vehicle for service due to a recall. I brought my vehicle in due to a safety recall on a software issue. On the notice that was sent to me it stated that it would take 30 minutes to complete. Before arriving when making my appointment, I stated that I was coming in for a safety recall, oil change and to check on a noise when starting my car. When checking in I went through the normal process and waited for my vehicle. After an hour and a half, I check in with the technician on the status of my vehicle; it was relayed to me that the initial check of the recall takes 30 minutes but if other issues are found while inspecting the recall the process could take up to an hour and a half. As there wasn't any issue with the time the of service. I would like to make a recommendation that when customers call or come in for service due to a recall, it should be relayed that the entire process may take longer than what the manufacture sends out to the vehicle owners.I have been a valued customer since 2023 and everyone here has provided me expectational customer service., from the finance department to the maintenance department.

The waiting room is very comfortable and well stocked with snacks and drinks. The bathroom is always clean which is a huge bonus.Everyone is very attentive and kind. The work is always done in a timely manner and they keep me informed as the work progresses which I really appreciate.

Everyone & everything was excellent! The dealership is beautiful & very well maintained. All of the personnel are very kind, knowledgeable & professional.Customer service is excellent! I took my car in for a recall & Toby greeted me at the door. He was very polite, and professional. He guided me to the waiting room & kept me updated on my service progress. He also had my car washed & brought my keys back to me after the work was completed.
