I enquired about the availability of Android Auto in the 2025 Outlander as i dont have one. When I checked with your sales person he was not able to give me satisfactory response and asked me to upgrade to new one. Mine is 2025 and how fair is asking me upgrade to new one.

Like I said before the tires were replaced but there was glue residue and dark marks all over my rims with lots of scrapes and scratches on all 4 rims. Someone should've taken a look at them before giving me the vehicle back. Very noticeable and I never had such a bad experience like this before. I really wanted to give Toby and Brittany a good survey because I believe they deserved it because they made me feel at home and relaxed. I was just a few moment's later when I felt sickened about my experience .. While I was driving home I noticed the residue on my windshield and that's what made me nervous about the whole experience. So I pulled over to take a closer look at the new tires and that's when the horror kicked in .. I immediately call back to the dealership to voice my concerns..The whole experience from the service desk was fine Toby and Brittany did a fantastic job. Toby always take good care of me. No issues with the customer service. Im just upset because now my whole driving experience is no good. Also I'm concerned about my next visits to come . Im afraid my vehicle might get damaged or something else may go wrong. I'm extremely nervous because I paid a lot of money for my outlander and that I love him so much.I just wanted to say that Tobt and Brittany did an awesome job..They were very professional and very helpful with the complete experience. I'm not blaming them for what happened because they didn't do the work. Ultimately I feel the technician should have done a way better job because my rims are now ruined. I've had my mittbushi outlander for 3 years now and under 30,000 miles and only 1 tiny scratch on him. So I've taken good care of him upto now.
