Great customer service

I went in to Mitsubishi because my brakes were squeaky and I could feel when I would brake that there was an issue with my car. When I brought in they told me that I needed new rear brakes and rotors. I approved the services and thought the issues had been resolved. After leaving the brakes continued with the loud squeaky noise and when braking the car felt like the brakes were not taking. I do not feel safe driving my car.I called and left a message to the services department. The next day the Manager reached out to me to schedule a time next week to bring my car in to have my car looked at. I appreciate that my call was returned and that the Manager showed concerned for my issues.The Manager and the Representative that assisted me were welcoming and very friendly.
