This service was changing the battery, but they called me in and got me out very quickly. As always, the service department does a great job keeping me informed of progress and anything else that may be required. I’ve always trust them with my vehicle from many services to come. Thanks for great service.Mitsubishi AutoGiants always provide fast and professional service. The result of the service always leave you 100% satisfied.

There is a noise when I step on the gas pedal I went to this dealership for this issue 5 times he(tobi) made me pay around $600 even though the car is on 70,000 miles and it clearly say”if it is under a 100,000 miles and 10 years it is covered.the car is not even fixedMr tobi is a person I don’t wanna see ever I even saw other customers upset with him. They even mess up the driver side door and I had to take it to the local shop to get it fixed and spend more money. I asked him if there is someone else I can talk to he said he is the boss and there is nobody else above him.I wish him well but he is a very bad guyEvery time they bring my car it’s more problemsVery bad experienceHe (Mr tobi always give me the day that’s convenient for him not the other way aroundI bought a brand new car and he(tobi) told me I didn’t have warranty and made me pay for the service and that still didn’t fix the problem I went to this dealership 5 times and it’s more problems every time I go there very bad experience I regret buying this car and dealing with this tobi guy he is the worst.

Prices can be much higher than others. For example- I took my alignment elsewhere because you charge $189 and they $129….Service component is top flight. Scheduling easy. Tobi knows how to treat customers.
